sub-contractor duty to ensure that they are signed on a weekly basis by the Contracts Manager. Payments for unsigned or

Supplementary Conditions:

1. You are required to sign and return this order prior to commencement on site.

2. All terms and conditions appended to your quotation are superseded by the details and conditions
contained within this order.
3. All your works are to comply with the current Health and Safety legislation and all measures are deemed to
be included within your quotation.
4. Should you fail to clear debris on a daily basis then a warning notice may be issued by our supervisor.
Failing clearance on the notice, Carreg will clear the debris on your behalf and either all associated costs or
a minimum charge of £100.00 (whichever the greater) will be deducted from your account accordingly.

5. You may be required to attend sub-contract collaboration and progress meetings. When asked to do so,
these meetings will be compulsory and should take no more than one hour. The person who should attend
is your site foreman / supervisor.
6. It is assumed that you have included for sufficient visits and labour to satisfactory carry out your works
within the programme of works.
7. It is assumed that you have visited the site to obtain all necessary information upon all matters which may
influence you or effect your order, as no claim will be allowed for lack of knowledge of either site or contract
conditions.
