WORK CONTRACT

SECOND.- OBLIGATIONS OF THE CONTRACTOR, the obligations of the contractor are: a) Carry
out the work that is the subject of this contract in its entirety and in accordance with the specifications
stipulated therein, guaranteeing the quality of the workmanship. b). Carry out the delivery of the work
that is the subject of this contract within the stipulated period of the contract. THIRD.- OBLIGATIONS
OF THE CONTRACTOR, are the obligations of the contracting party, a) Exercise quality control of the

approval by the CONTRACTING PARTY. SEVENTH.- FINES, In case of delay or non-compliance

the CONTRACTING PARTY may impose a fine of 15 % of the value of the contract. EIGHTH.-
PRELIMINARY REVIEW AND RECEIPT OF THE WORK, the CONTRACTOR of the work will receive
it, if he finds that there is any defect, he will give instructions for it to be corrected by the
CONTRACTOR, the CONTRACTOR must deliver the entire work to the satisfaction of the
CONTRACTOR on the day and appointed time, for which a record will be drawn up stating the
