Sub: QUOTATION FOR HIRING OF DEMAG AC 395 ALL TERRAIN CRANE 150MT.

Dear Sir,

As per your requirement of 1 No. 100 Ton Tyre Mounted Crane at your project site at Digha Sonepur, Patna Bihar. We are
pleased to submit our best minimum possible rates on hourly basis along with general term & conditions as follows:-

General Terms and Conditions:-

1. Scope of Work : : Contract rate mentioned above is based on 260 Hours in 26 working days in a month.
4/5 days for maintenances in a month shall be allowed. .
2. Breakdown : Breakdown period less than 2 hours at a stretch in one day shall not be treated as down time.
It can be adjusted by taking more working that day. Any major breakdown will be calculated on pro-rata basis.
All repair and maintenance expenses shall be borne by us.
3. Crew / Operator : Double Operator will be provided along with Crane.
4. Contract Period : Contract Period should be of minimum 6 Months.
5. Idle : In case the Crane is Idle, our hire charges will be applicable.
6. Accommodation : Accommodation for Crew members will be arranged by you.
7. Safety : All safety equipment i.e. safety shoes, hand gloves, helmet etc if required shall be provided by you.
8. HSD : Diesel for crane will be provided by you free of cost at site on actual consumption basis.
9. Tax Duties : Above rate mention is exclusive of GST shall be charged extra on above.
10. Income Tax : TDS will be deducted from our bills as per prevailing Govt. Rule.
11. Transportation: - : Transportation charges will be paid at per actual as per clause mentioned below..

12. Delivery : Machine will be dispatched at your work site after receiving your confirm work order .
13. Documentation: Daily log sheet of the machine working shall be maintained at site, which shall be signed jointly by
your authorized representative & our machine operator.
14. Payment Terms: - We will submit our monthly Invoice along with certified log sheet to your project Site
office and payment to be release advance basis .
15. Extension of Work Order : After expiry of contract period, extension of work order shall be subjected to
15 days prior notice on mutually accepted terms.
