Sub: Work Order for Dedicated Trucks
Dear Sir,
Refer to our pleasant discussion held at our Guwahati office premises on date 22.01.2016,
regarding the Trucks to be deployed with us under the dedicated scheme, the details terms &
conditions which agreed mutually are under stated:
1. The agreement period will be w.e.f. Dt.22.01.2016 to Dt.31.12.2016.
2. Freight rate - From Umlaper plant to Silchar - Rs 895 /- PMT
3. Lifting Target
A. Per Day lifting Target - Lifting target shall be 5 Trucks (100 MT Minimum) per
day. Transporter shall ensure that target quantity should be lifted day to day basis
only 10% (equal to 1 truck) deviation shall be allowed for day to day target.
B. Monthly Lifting Target Monthly lifting target shall be 5 Trucks X 30 Days = 150
Trucks (3,000 MT minimum).
4. Penalty Clause - Failing of lifting the above target quantity as per point no 3, we shall
have right to impose a penalty of Rs 50/- PMT for the entire deficit quantity.
5. If lifted quantity exceeds more than the target prescribed above as per clause no-3,
transportation freight shall be paid as per market approved freight.
6. Transporter should have to provide separate bilty numbers (Serial Number) for dedicated
trucks.
7. Loading & unloading privileges will be given to dedicate Trucks.

Force Major Clause will be applicable.

Transportation bills of the dedicated Trucks will submit separately to our logistics dept &
the payment will be made within 14 days from the date of bill submission.

10.The agreement may extend or renewed as per mutual understanding between both the
parties.
11.In any priority cases , dedicated Trucks loaded for Direct parties order to the areas of
Silchar & Silchar onwards, then freight rate shall be paid as per decided freight clause no
2 + (add) secondary approved freight.
