Sub: Quotation of Normal RSP with 100 Mtr. Rope for a
minimum period of 6 Months on rent.
With reference to your enquiry, we are pleased to submit
hereunder our offer—
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR HIRING OF RSP

1) Equipment Details:
Description’s with all safety device as per SOP norms.
Capacity:800Kg, Length 7.5 meter platform
Condition: Good.
Quantity: 1 Nos.
2. The initial hire period shall be for a period of 6 Months from the date the equipment is
commissioned at site. The period of hiring can be amended / changed on the same terms and condition.

3. Site Address: Usshar, Batanagar.

4. Hire Charges:

a. The monthly hire charges of RSP shall be Rs.30,000 (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) for
26 days X 312 cumulative hour’s double shift ROC operation with two days maintenance
will be provided depending upon the site convenience.

b. Applicable Tax/GST, as per prevailing rates will be paid on the entire rental amount
invoiced, along with the rental payment.

c. Operator = No, if required charges will be Rs.18,000 per month.

5. Mobilization and Demobilization

a. Equipment should be mobilized on .

b. Mobilization charges = Rs.5,000.

c. Demobilization charges = Rs.5,000.

6. All the safety norms laid down by us /our clients have to be adhered by us.

7. Erection and Commissioning

a. First time Erection supervision will be done by us charges will be Rs.4,000 and last time
Dismantling supervision will be done by us charges will be Rs.4,000. Require labour will be
arrange by M/s. Ambuja Realty.

b. Further shifting supervision if require will be done by us charges Rs.3,000. Require labour
will be arrange by M/s. Ambuja Realty.

c. Counterweight will be also provided by us.

d. Hydra Cranes, Tools & Tackles required for loading, unloading, erection & mast climbing
at site project will be provided by M/s. Ambuja Realty.
e. All PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) will be supplied by M/s. Ambuja Realty.
8. Power supply will be issued by M/s. Ambuja Realty on free of cost.

9. Hire Charges shall start from the date of successful commissioning or 10 days from the
date of receipt of final consignment at our project, whichever is earlier. Log Book for the
Equipment indicating details of working hours, idle hours, and OT hours are to be recorded. The
same shall support for monthly invoice with recommendation of site in-charge.
10. We shall carry out routine maintenance during the monthly off or idling period of the
equipment. Hire charges shall be deducted on pro-rata basis for the break down hours, if the
breakdown period is more than 24 Hrs. continuously.

11. Taxes: Income tax at source shall be deducted as per applicable norms and necessary
certificate will be issued.

12. Transit Insurance and Machinery breakdown policy for covering any accidental damage to
the equipment during the tenure of hire shall be arranged by us.

13. M/s. Ambuja Realty shall arrange for security of your men, material & machineries at work
place.

14. If equipment becomes idle due to strikes, closure and temporary closure of work due to any
reason whatsoever at your site, then you have to pay full charges.

15. M/s. Ambuja Realty must have to provide notice period of 7 days before de-hiring.
