Gold 5K Event Sponsor $750

Everything in the silver 5K event sponsor package plus:

Prominent logo placement on all marketing materials

Preferred location at starting/finish line
Logo included on additional promotional material including: 100 window posters
distributed to local KC businesses, 2 yard signs placed on the race course and follow up
email blast to all race participants.
Public 'thank you' announcement before start of race
Eight total free t-shirts & race entries

Presenting 5K Event Sponsor $2,500

Everything in the Gold 5K Event Sponsor package plus:

Largest logo on all marketing material (along with Media Sponsor & Venue Sponsor)
30-60 second speaking opportunity at the starting line
Included in press releases and radio PSAs
Ten total event t-shirts & race entries

SPONSOR RESPONSIBILITY
Sponsors must be set up and ready to interact with attendees by 7:45am on Sunday, April 17th,
2016. Set-up time begins as early as 6:30am at The Ritz Charles in Overland Park, KS. The
recommended arrival time is 7:00am.

5K Wedding Run and the Ritz Charles are not responsible for any lost or stolen items or damaged
property. The 5K Wedding Run agrees to advertise and promote the event. There is no guarantee of
sales volume. No refund of space fees will be granted. By signing this agreement, vendor agrees to
comply with all guidelines and disclaimer.

PAYMENT
Due to the limited number of available booths, 50% down payment is required at time of
commitment. Full payment is due by Tuesday, April 5th, 2016.

EVENT BENEFITTING
10% of all wedding vendors dollars are donated to the local non-profit, Bra Couture KC.
