Dear Sir or Madam,

It is with great honor that we announce the 2nd Annual PV Football and Cheer Gala, which will
be held at the Elks Lodge on September 21st, 2019. We are expecting over 400 community
members to attend. This year is a special year for our event as we have decided to join forces
and help a fellow Viking football family member, because No Viking Fights Alone! Our
Pleasant Valley High Junior, Tate Hampton was recently diagnosed with a rare cancer that is a
type of soft-tissue sarcoma. There are only around 20 identified cases each year. Only a
handful of hospitals in the country specialize in the specific kind of treatment Tate needs. He
and his family will be taking multiple trips to Stanford and the University of North Carolina to
ensure he receives the very best treatment available.

Please consider donating a gift for our raffle or live auction. Your gift will make the success and
allow us to raise more for our important cause. Recognition will be given to all of our donors
during the event, as well as on our Facebook pages for the Gala, PV Football and PV Cheer.

If you are interested in being an event sponsor for this event, we have four sponsorship levels.
Platinum Sponsorship $1000, Titanium Sponsorship $750,
Gold Sponsorship $500 and Silver Sponsorship $250
All sponsors will be advertised on the night of the event as well as on social media. There will be
a step and repeat at the event with all sponsors names, as well as table signs. Sponsors will also
be thanked in event program and on the stage screen during the event, as well as be named in the
PV Sports program that is sold at home games at Pleasant Valley.
