isusedasacollaborationtoolbetweenartistsasaprimarycommunicationplatform.Duringthe
moviemakingprocess,avastnumberofpeopleareinvolvedindifferentpartsoftheprocess,
suchas,editors,animators,modelers,painters,compositorsetc.Theywillworkonverysmall
segmentsofthemovie,eachlastingfewsecondstofewminutes,calledshotsinaniterative
fashionuntilthemoviedirectorsignsoffeachofthemasapproved.Betweeneachoftheartist
andthemoviedirector,therearemanylayersofcreativesupervisorsinvolvedwhowillhave
creativeinputonthelookandfeeloftheshot.Alsonowadaysartistscanbeworkingalloverthe
worldindifferentstagesofthesamevisualelement,soprovidingtherightfeedbacktotheartist
andletthemnavigatethroughthevastamountsthismediaiscritical.
