In this quote Heathcliff is telling her he knows that he hurt her, and because of that he wants her to
haunt him from the dead so that he can still live a life knowing shes in it. They have a connection
that no one can understand, theyd rather have pain of knowing they cant be together because
the pain is the only thing they have left, rather than just moving on and being happy. Him also
claiming that she is his soul shows how much of a connection the two have with each other.

Complicated Love
My poster describes the connection that Heathcliff and Catherine have with each
other. In the far left and right pictures it shows the two together and how close they
always want to be with each other. In the two middle pictures it describes what their
love is like. They must always have to let go of each other and every time they do it
continuously rips their hearts apart.
