Top piece of work in POE

Being taught how to do something in one day and then being told to design it can
be difficult. This is what happened in my Principles of Engineering class. We were
taught how many different ways cranes were built and then told to design and build
a crane the next day.
I got together with my team in my POE class and we decided how to go about
building the crane. We split up to design our own crane and then brought our ideas
together to get the best crane we could design from our ideas. We used teamwork
to plan, design, and build the crane. When there was a separate part of the crane
that didnt need to be built on the crane at that moment, other team member built
that part until it was needed. The team I had seemed to work very well with each
other. With our teamwork, we designed an efficient crane. I chose this because we
all need to work as a team to get the job done.
As a young adult, I will need to have help or give help to others. We are all a team
and I can help someone with what is needed. As a plastics engineer, I will have a
team of engineers. I will have to work with them in order to keep the project we are
assigned on track.
