Using the foundations of rigor, relevance, and relationships, we
aspire to create a collaborative community of teachers and learners. We endeavor to engage in the process of learning to prepare respectful, responsible, and creative thinkers through a shared instructional environment, for success in the global community. We believe that a growth mindset is an essential component of teaching and learning. We believe that effort and grit are qualities of life long learners. We believe shared leadership develops ownership and investment by everyone involved.
