Puffed Wheat Squares

Ingredients
1/3 cup margarine (80ml)
1/3 cup corn syrup (80ml)
cup brown sugar (125ml)
2 Tbsp cocoa (30ml)
6 cups puffed wheat (1500ml)
Directions
1. Combine margarine, corn syrup, brown sugar, and
cocoa in a sauce pan. Stir and bring to a boil over
medium heat
2. Place puffed wheat in a large mixing bowl
3. Pour chocolate mixture over puffed wheat
4. Stir with a wooden spoon or rubber spatula until all
puffed wheat is coated
5. Use softened margarine to grease an 8X8 pan
6. Evenly press puffed wheat mixture into greased pan.
Let cool
7. Let stand awhile to set before cutting
