Dear Sir / Madam,


I am writing with reference to my recent holiday in Egypt that I booked with
your agency. I am disappointed to say that the service at the hotel was completely
different from what we expected.
We were accommodated in a much smaller room, although we initially paid
for a suite. The hygiene in the room was very poor and there were no lights in the
bathroom. During our stay the maid only provided clean sheets and towels twice.
What is more, the air-conditioning included in the price was out of order and
the hotel staff refused to mend it.
Taking this into consideration, a refund would be appropriate.
