5:00p.m. Arrive at Bryan HS for weight check/team practice
6:15P.m. Depart for dinner

2:30p.m. Placement Matches and Finals
6:00p.m. Dinner at the Dixi Chicken
10:00p.m. Arrive back at Foster High School with too many State Qualifiers to name and a Regional
Championship Trophy

Rules:
-Stay where you are supposed to be at all times. When at the Hotel do not leave the grounds unless with
Coach Rayome/ Coach Duers/ Or a Chaperone.
-Remember you are representing your family, school, and community. Act accordingly. Apply to the
student code of conduct at all times.

-Any expenses charged to the hotel room, will be under the responsibility of those staying in the room.
-Girls are not under any circumstances allowed to be in boys rooms or boys in girls rooms. If you want to
hang out with your team mates it will be done in the lobby of the hotel.
-Any student found outside of their assigned room at lights out will be subject to immediate expulsion from
the tournament, and can be asked to be taken home.

Those found to be not in agreement with those rules will be pulled from competition and taken
straight home at any point in the competition.
