Coaches and Parents:
We look forward to hosting you and your teams at the 3A Region 4 Championship on Thursday, May 4th
TEAM ARRIVAL: (Buses OR Team Cars/Vans)
● You may drop off your team at the Back Gate near the field house.
o Coaches MUST ENTER the Back gate as well and PICK-UP their Team Packet for
distribution.
o UNLOAD all of your athletes and equipment at the Back gate as well.. Buses will be
directed on where to park
● Coaches’ athletes must have their bands on before they enter the gate
o Coaches’ athletes must wear bands at all times. Coaches as well must always have their
bands on
o PARENTS MUST ENTER THROUGH THE WEST SIDE OF THE STADIUM
TICKET GATE WITH GoFan.Co purchased ticket.

For any athletes or coaches arriving later, YOU, THE HEAD COACH will be responsible for
getting them their Bands for entry. NO ATHLETE WILL BE ADMITTED WITHOUT HIS OR HER
Band. NO COACH WILL BE ADMITTED WITHOUT A WRISTBAND ON HIS OR HER WRIST.
Coaching wristbands will be given at the gate.
Spectator ARRIVAL:
Spectators Should enter on the 32nd Ave. side of Traz Powell Stadium.

 Team tent areas will be allowed in the backfield on the east side, behind the Stands. Tents will be
allowed as well INSIDE the STADIUM.
 We will have trash bags for your team areas, please use these to help us keep the stadium clean.
 Athletes are not allowed onto the track or the infield once the meet has started unless the clerk has
directed them that way for an upcoming event.
 The warm-up area is in the backfield on the north side of the stands. (Practice hurdles will be
provided)
 The entrance to the track will be through the CLERKING TABLE at the North West side of the
stadium.
All Athletes must report to the Clerking table by the second call undressed, to pick up
hip#’s and to be escorted to the starting line. Coaches, please inform your athletes of their
heats and lanes assignments.
 After their race, athletes will be able to walk back down the infield and exit from the CLERK
area.
 Infield Access: Coaches will be allowed by the PV (no parents) near the field house for the
coaches’ Box; HJ Coaches Box will be near starting line of the 100m; LJ/TJ Coaches Box will be
near lane 8 near the jumping area, SP Coaches box will be near the 100m starting line; DT
coaching Box will be near the 3rd leg of the 4x100m relay. Coaches will NOT be allowed on the
infield.

 Athletes will be allowed inside the stadium for use of restrooms and concessions.
 Coaches please do not allow your athletes to leave the stadium grounds for any reason. Food
trucks and concession vendors will be available throughout the meet.

We will have hard copies of heat sheets at the coaches ‘meeting in side East field house.
In an effort to “go green” all results will be available as LIVE RESULTS
