Virtual Classroom Technical Requirements

This document contains the recommended hardware, software, and Internet specifications for optimal
use of the eProf.com Virtual Classroom.
NOTE: The Virtual Classroom does not work on Tablets or Mobile Devices. Laptops & Desktops only!
Internet Connection:

Download: 2 Mbps ---- Upload: 1.5 Mbps

* If your connection is slower than speeds above, we do not advise participating in eProf classes.
Software:
Adobe Flash Player: Version 11.x or higher. Go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ to ensure
compatibility.
Operating Systems:

o Mac OSX 10.7 and higher

Hardware:
Webcam w/microphone ensure relevant drivers are installed. If your computer detects
the device, so can our classroom. You do not need a webcam to participate in classroom
sessions. Make sure that the device is not being used by another program while connecting it to
the classroom.
