    Guidelines for OCHS PTSA Leadership Student

    Award
    1. Must be a current OCHS PTSA member.
    2. Must be a sophomore or junior.
    3. Must have shown leadership by contributing to special projects at
    OCHS.
    4. Must have shown leadership in different areas.
    5. Students must nominate themselves.
    6. Students must submit a short paragraph of how they show leadership
    and why they should be presented this award.
    7. Deadline for applying will be the last school day in February.
