It is because Pozzolan Cement is still widely use in the contruction industry as

additive or admixture for Portland Cement to make it more durability and to high
the hydration of the cement; with this it makes more economically may reduce the
cost of curing of the cement and because of its low cost wit
In terms of its Properties(Chemical Properties) why it is other use it ?
Many others use it because of its slower reaction properties it produce less heat
liberation and become advantage to use it when transporting the concrete mixture
than using expensive admixture and even in placing the concrete when the
placement area is widely large.
