speak to media Where: People's Park, Berkeley (northwest corner near Haste Street) This year's EveryOne Counts! 2013 is designed to produce pointin-time estimates of the prevalence of (1) sheltered homeless and (2) unsheltered homeless families and individuals. The count will provide those
