Groups meet on various days, not just Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
3. Attend Ash Wednesday Worship on Feb. 10 at 6:30. Come at 5pm for the
pancakes and support the Haiti Clean Water Team.
2. Consider creating an altar in your home or work with one or more Lenten
symbols (i.e. sand; journey, bowl of water; baptism, cross; sacrifice)

Join us for Worship: Sunday mornings at 8am in McMurry Chapel & 8:50am and 11am in the Sanctuary.
Sunday small groups and classes for all ages at 10am.
Spaghetti, salad, bread, dessert and drink, all for only $5! Get your tickets at the
door. Dine in or take out available! Proceeds will help with the middle and high
school mission trips this summer. Buy advance tickets Sunday in the Connector.
On Feb. 14 the Seekers class will begin a new series. The new study is titled: John
The Gospel of Light and Life by Adam Hamilton. This six-week class will include a
10-15 minute video featuring Adam Hamiltons passion for scripture and skill as a
teacher. Following the video the class will discuss the book. The Seekers welcome
any adults looking for a Sunday school class where fellow Christians can be part of
growing in our faith. Seekers Class meets at 10am on Sunday mornings in room 302.
Missouri UMC has numerous medical and rehabilitation items for the free use of those
who need them. Currently, the church has three walkers, three sets of crutches,
three-footed and four-footed canes, shower chairs, potty chairs, toilet extenders,
grab bars for the shower/tub, a tray table, an eggcrate mattress, various braces and
boots, and two wheelchairs. If you would like to donate unused items or would like
to borrow anything available, please contact the church office.
