CERTIFICATE OF FINAL ACCEPTANCE

This is to certify that KLIR CONSTRUKT has satisfactorily

completed the construction and punch list items at CK-STO. TOMAS located at National
Highway, Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
It shall be acknowledged that the acceptance of the operations affirms that the
contractor has accomplished all items specified in the approved Scope of work, plans and
specification set by the Engineering and Construction Department. It shall also be noted that all
deviations/change orders/additional works were executed with the approval of the Operations
Manager and Engineering- Design Manager.
