National Education Technology Standards

The International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) has released the
National Educational Technology Standards for students providing guidelines for
students technology concepts and skills. As foundational ICT skills penetrate
throughout our society, students will be expected to apply the basics in authentic,
integrated ways to solve problems, complete projects, and creatively extend their
abilities. ISTEs National Educational Technology Standards for students help
students preparing to work, live and contribute on the social and civic fabric of
their communities.
