Guidance for filling in the Answer Sheets


Please only use the pencil provided
The following must be filled in correctly on the Answer Sheet:
Examination Number, Candidate Number, Name, Venue, Time allowed for this paper, Your Signature and
Date.

Failure to comply with these set instructions may lead to your paper not being marked.
EXAM NUMBER: This is located in the central part of the Examination Paper top page e.g. 2001.
CANDIDATE NUMBER: This is a unique number shown on the candidate booking confirmation sheet and
is also found on the coversheets in the examination room.
Both the Exam Number and the Candidate Number must be entered on to the answer sheet. Write the
letter and/or numbers in the blank boxes under the appropriate heading on the top of the answer sheets.
Then in the columns below carefully fill in the appropriate boxes corresponding with the letters or numbers
above, by putting an X in the appropriate box, completing each column. Please refer to the instructions on
the answer sheet.
When answering the examination questions please put an X in the appropriate box. If you make a mistake,
fill in the box with the wrong answer completely and then put the X in the box you think is the correct
answer.
Please refer to the instructions on the answer sheet and at the examination please read carefully the
Instructions to Candidates.
