Real leaders: BG 3.21

An acharya (leader) is the one who teaches by example. Achar
(behavior) comes first prachar (teachings) comes next. An acharya
should follow his teachings as well. A leader cannot teach to stop
smoking if he himself smokes. Examples of leaders which we see in
daily life today are father, school teacher, and president. Real leaders
follow the scriptures to teach common people. Arjuna is a
Ksatriya(leader). Krishna wants Arjuna to follow his duty of fighting.
This way he will be a good leader (acharya). Otherwise Arjuna will set a
wrong example.
