Enterprise System Operation

Enterprise System Operation process, covers Penang,
Shenzhen and Suzhou server operations. This process was
initially handled by the SGE Helpdesk and it is been
transferred to Global Monitoring team. The major
processes handled with respect to the ESO are as follows,

Monitor IBM Tivoli workload scheduler

Monitor Infimacs backup Jobs
Monitor Batch Jobs
Monitor Tivoli based OLA Critical Jobs

MRP CPU delete
GA Activity

Above mentioned processes are successfully been

transferred from Penang helpdesk to GMC through various
Cisco meeting sessions. Now GMC is primarily responsible
for all the L1 actions taken on the above mentioned
processes.
