Working hours:
Normal time (NT) Specialist : USD 312.5/- per hour for 8 Hours (0800 hrs 1700 hrs)
Normal time(NT) Engineer :USD 250/- per hour for 8 Hours (0800 hrs 1700 hrs)
Normal time (NT)Technician: USD125/- per hour for 8 Hours (0800 hrs 1700 hrs)
Overtime (OT)
: Over 8 Hours to 11 Hours
Extra overtime (EOT)
: Over 11 Hours
W eekends
: Friday, Saturdays and Public holidays

Travel time in excess of 60 minutes per day will be charged as normal working time.
Minimum service charge of 8 hours will be charged for one day or part there off.
During the holy month of Ramadan overtime starts after 6hrs NT.
Preparation time and reporting time will be charged at the same rate as normal working time.
Special tools and test equipment will be charged on a daily basis according to actual usage.
Standby time and waiting time shall be c onsidered as normal time.
All field services shall comply to standard OHS regulation & ABB OHS Safety guidelines.
Kindly provide a weeks notice prior to mobilization of Service Engineer and Test Kit.
