I. BASIC GUIDELINES:
1. Students should immerse themselves in the life and mission of the Parish:
(Sacraments, Ministry, Administration, and Community Service)
2. Students are expected to observe the proper protocol/guidelines in the Parish.
3. Students are expected to meet the minimum of four (4) hours Parish Involvement.
4. Each student is given 4 copies of the reflection form of their parish involvement and
is required to pass 1 copy per week.
5. Before the end of the trimester, each student is required to submit the evaluation
form evaluated by the ministry head duly signed by the parish priest/pastor.
6. Deadline of Submission: October 5, 2015
