Planning Meetings:
We will discuss the next group session at the end of every group meeting
We'll all be responsible for meeting up at the chosen location and time
Every team member is expected to be present on every team meeting and on time
If a member misses a group meeting, we will inform him/her on what s/he missed and
enforce that attendance is important
Team Procedures:
The preferred communication in order to inform each other of meetings will be face-toface but we will also use email, text and Facebook
Response time is expected to be to within 4 hours
At the end of a meeting all group members need to check and look over each other's work
The group will vote on the given choice as a decision-making procedure
Work Quality:
Team Participation:
We will divide and give equal distribution of tasks and if anyone thinks s/he has more
work that the others we will reconsider our decision
At every group meeting we will not ignore any group members ideas or discourage
them, rather we will build on it and improve it
If there is conflict between group members we will approach the problem calmly and
look at both sides of the argument and make them come to an agreement
After each debriefing we will tell each other how well we did and few points we need to
improve on as well as make the next material not same quality but better
Member Roles:
If a member who is not making sufficient effort to the group, we will inform them it is a
group effort and every member is contributing to their part
If a group member is absent and thus, unable to complete their work we will inform
him/her on what s/he missed and see if they can complete their work before the due date,
if not each member will share the missing member's work and try not to let this happen
again
If the group members have any trouble with their work, we will try to help them
Personal Accountability:
Each group member must contribute their part to the group and it is their responsibility to
so their work on time
If a member is not prepared to make a commitment or whose behavior demonstrates that
he/she is not prepared to honor this commitment, we will focus on what the problem is
and why they couldn't do so
If a group member cannot complete the agreed upon work, we will help them on what
they have trouble on
If a group member misses a debriefing or a group meeting they must tell the group before
hand and the reason
Consequences:
Consequences for failing to follow procedures and fulfill expectations:
If a member does not follow the contract rules, we as a group will have a session on
identifying the problem and the reason of the member's action that is effecting the rest of
the group
If a member continues to display bad behaviour, we will report him to the Professor
