doing. Never take on an assignment if you know that you won’t be able to carry it
through.
2. You are always expected to speak up your mind and concerns in the beginning of every
meeting to avoid future conflicts.
3. During the time that are reserved for group work one should always be focused on the task
itself and if personal obligations needs to be made they have to wait until the break.
Meetings:
1. Every meeting starts with deciding how long time the group shall be working collectively
during the day

criticism against another group member’s idea. All ideas are allowed and no idea is a bad
idea at this point.

After this, members may decide to work separately but this has to be a joint decision taken
by all of the members.

we need to move toward, informational updates and establishing tasks to be completed for
future meetings (in addition, we also establish the next group meeting session).

Deadlines:
1. Every assignment starts with setting a preliminary deadline when the assignment should
be finished for a final review done by the group members
2. Every assignment is to be evaluated halfway through. At this point the members sum up
what has been good/bad, what needs to get done and improved, and a final deadline is set
for the assignment.
3. At the end of each assignment, all members have to perform an individual evaluation of
the work done, and also come up with both positive remarks and critique. This will allow
for better teamwork in the future.
