    March 7th March 11th
    Reading:

    This week we did a review of the vowels and blends(sh, ch, th, and wh) on
    the reading wall. Students are continuing to study their sight words and
    using multiple strategies when decoding words.
    Math:

    This week we continued to studied 3D shapes as well as starting our


    measurement and data unit. Students are practicing measuring objects with
    non-standard units.
    Writing:

    We are continuing to work on our informational writing unit.


    Inquiry:

    This week we worked on our health unit. Students studied the different food
    groups and practiced classifying different foods into their food group.
