A Look at Next Week: 9/12-9/16

Literacy- We will be learning how to write and identify
the name and sound of the following letters this week:

Rr, Nn, Mm, Hh, Bb

(please take a few minutes each night to review these letters
and sounds with your child)

Math-

This week we will be counting objects in a group

and counting to tell how many.

Social Studies-

We will continue to focus on the 7

Habits and how to be a good leader at school and at home.

Reminders

MAP testing starts this week. This is a computer-based test

students will take 3 times each year. Please be sure your child
is well rested and at school on time each day! Our testing
dates are 8/16 and 8/23
Please remember to check your childs green folder and
agenda every night and return to school each day!
**Dress Code Reminder**- Students are expected to be in dress
code each day. Shirts should have a collar and may be plain, striped,
or plaid, and pants/shorts/ skirts should be khaki, blue, or black. No
sandals! Thank you for making sure our kids are dressed for success!
