I <3 Nails is a company that aims to consistently provide high customer satisfaction by

an acceptable price/value relationship. Through the expertise of its employees and its
accessible location, customers will be able to enjoy the services of the company.

Objectives:
General:

The company aims to be a well-known nail salon that provides quality nail
services at reasonable prices to the general public in BFRV, Las Pias.

Specific:

To have at a minimum, 10 customer per day for the first month of opening

the salon.
To have 20 repeat customers who would spread positive word-of-mouth to
their contacts for the first month of opening the salon.

Target Market:
The target market of the company are those in the class A, B, C, and D. These classes
are the ones who usually go to nail salons to have their nails done and be pampered.
The specific target are professional women, students, housewives, and men who would
rather have professionals take care of their nails. Furthermore, the target market of the
nail salon are the people who live in Las Pias, specifically those in BF Resort Village
and neighboring villages and subdivisions.

Location:

The nail salon will be situated near Jose Maria Abello, BF Resort Village cor. BF Resort
Drive. This location is a strategic one in that it is near the Friendship Route and it is an
area with high car and foot traffic. The area is a semi-commercial area in that the salon
is in a commercial area located in a residential zone. The
