The salon will put up at Lolitas building located beside public market in Abatan
Buguias Benguet. The salon will utilize 20square meter. The space will be rented from
Lolita Dumalti, the owner of the Lolitas building. The location is strategically situated on
one of the busiest place in Benguet. It is a high profile area, with easy access from all
parts of the vicinity.
Nowadays, the fashion industries really have the great influence to the masses on
the hairstyle or should we say hair science. Celebrities and other famous star were also
have the great influence to their fans and followers. As a result, these fans tends to have
the same hairstyle whenever their idol have new. On the other hand, we cannot deny the
fact that all hair are growing so fast so we really need to have a haircut or new looks once
in a while. Having haircut or hairstyle depends on what status an individual stands; he
maybe a performer, a military or police personnel, a performer, a model and a student
alike or it is a part of having a good hygiene or even we can say that a person let his hair
cut depends on what mode or problem he encounters.
Establishing a line of business is a great challenge a businessman should kept in
mind in order to lessen or even zero consequences once the business is put up. So,

together with my partner we had already came up and furnished a plan with this hair
beauty related business venture. This is the result of planning and hands- on survey of
what kind of business and where it will be best located.

Sales Forecast
It is important to state that our sales forecast is based on the data gathered during
our feasibility studies and also some of the assumptions readily available on the
field. We render hair services to about 50 people a day, and about 350 people
every week.

year. Apart from the hair services for male and female, our additional manicure
