    Gamb EKG :
    Laju QRS antara 40-60 bpm, teratur
    Gel P tlht negatif (retrograd) di sadapan II, III dan
    AVF
    Gel P tumpang tindih atau mengikuti gel QRS
    Interval PR bervariasi tp biasanya lebih pendek dari
    inteval PR pada konduksi normal.

    Junctional rhythm:
    -AV junction can function as a pace maker
    (40-60 x/min).
    -normal-looking QRS.
    -retrograde (-) P wave.
    -P wave may preceede, coincide with, or
    follow the QRS
