Philosophy of Early Childhood Administration

Our philosophy at Moppet LLC, is dedicated to providing a safe,

developmentally appropriate environment for children six weeks to eleven
years. Our focus is to inspire creativity and individuality as well as providing
a stimulating early care and education experience, which promotes each
childs social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
The Moppet staff is committed to families we serve, providing support and
encouragement and to support childrens desire to be life-long learners.
As an Early Childhood Administrator, it is also my philosophy to do my best
in recruiting, selecting and orienting personal who understands that each
family brings to our program, their own values, language, diversity and
customs. By doing so, we will recognize the importance of forming a
partnership with parents to create a positive experience for all children.
