Professional Development Plan

My professional development plan is geared at

providing opportunities for continuous growth for staff
members and quality education to all those trusted in our
care. I believe professional growth is best achieved in an
environment marked by respect, teamwork and trust.
This empowers personal to analyze their performance
and provide learning tools for themselves as well as their
students.
It is my mission to ensure that my educators are
broadly informed, deeply committed and perform actions
that will motivate and engage our children, thus resulting
in enhanced student learning.
I will try to accomplish this task by:

Providing assessable education

Addressing the needs of each staff member
Encourage staff to think outside the box
Focus on staff morale
