At implementation stage.

2. At which stage is it the best time to influence or make changes to the design at minimum cost and
impact to project duration?
At conception stage

3. How do we measure success in a project?

Here are his five factors for measuring the success of a project:
o Schedule. Is there a hard deadline, or does the schedule relate to something else (budget, product launch date)?
Sometimes clients come with a hard deadline, other times theyre simply looking for the final product.
o Scope. It may be a list of features or just an idea, but the scope should essentially be the driving force of the project.
o Budget. This is often the most important factor for many projects. A quote is usually given to clients before they
start and once it is done, the whole team need to stick to it, or come in under. Otherwise the project will be a loss.
o Customer satisfaction. Your clients might not be able to articulate exactly what they want, so often its your job to
figure out what theyre looking for in order to make sure theyre happy with the end product. You can avoid this
situation where the client is unhappy with the designs by seeking constant feedback.

o Quality of work. The quality of one project often affects another, so it's important to always track quality and make
adjustments to future projects accordingly.

4. Biggest impact to reducing construction cost, duration & improving quality at what stage?
At the concept and planning stage.
