Malcolm X improved society by helping to bring an end to the Jim Crow and
the racial segregation era in America. As a member of the Nation of Islam he
single handedly more than tripled the number of Muslims in America, and
later went on to preach love and peace to all people and believed that Islam
could help us all have a far more peaceful world. He has been called one of
the greatest and most influential African Americans in history.
