You should say
What the letter/ email was all about
Who sent it to you
Why it was important
And explain what you do with letters/ emails once you have read them.

And explain how you would react if this thing broke or got lost.

Describe an important festival in your country
You should say
When it is celebrated
What the main point of the festival is
What people do and eat at this time
And how important you think festivals are for a country and its people.

Describe a teacher who has influenced you in your education
You should say:
Where you know this teacher from
What subject they taught you
What was special about this person
And explain why you remember them so clearly.
