    Dear Sirs:
    Re: Invitation to Annual Installation Ceremony
    The Kingston College Key Club would like to extend an invitation to its annual installation ceremony on
    Wednesday, April 30th, 2014 at the St. Augustines Chapel on the North Street campus. It will
    commence at 3pm sharp and end at 4:30pm.
    Please bear in mind that only five members from your club may be able to attend this ceremony. Guests
    are expected to dress moderately (i.e. No short skirt/ shorts or tight revealing clothing); and are also
    reminded that they have to leave the premises by 5pm in complying with the schools rules. We hope
    that you will be in attendance to make this ceremony worthwhile. Thank you.
