I am currently enrolled in the 2 year Culinary Management Program at
Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning. I believe

Organization and consistency is my most important quality in the kitchen
because with the proper organization of the kitchen, leaders, and cooks
the restaurant would be successful. I am able to gather information
quickly and get along and understand my team mates so we are all
coherent and ensure that all the customers are satisfied and up to the
companys standards. I am very interested in applying for this line cook
position because it would give me many opportunities and abilities to
