PBIS Data Analysis

I reviewed our PBIS data since the implementation of our tier 2 lunch recess revocation
and fix it form. The form is filled out during lunch recess. Students must identify the
choice they made, identify would they could have done differently, and then identify how
they can fix it.
Since the week of Feb. 22nd our number of office discipline referrals has dropped by two
and half discipline referrals per day (13.7 to 11.2). However our major referrals have
increased slightly from 3.45/day to 3.8/day. Our minor referrals have dropped from 10.25
to 7.4 per day.
Of our top 10 students in total number of office referrals from Feb. 22 to March 29, 5 of
the 10 students have experienced a decrease in the amount of behavior referrals in the
month of March as compared to February.
