RULES for Submitting the Application Online:

1. To apply online applicant needs to have E-mail-ID.

2. Applicants desiring to apply for more than one post in single category should send
separate applications for each post.
3. Applicants desiring to apply for more than one post have to pay for each of the post
applied.
4. Maximum size of photograph to be uploaded is 200 x 200.
5. Maximum size of signature to be uploaded is 140 x 60.
6. Last date to apply online is 15 April 2016 by 5:00 pm sharp.
7. The candidate is required to send the print out of application form along with the draft of
Rs. 500/- (Rs. 250/- for SC/ST candidates) in favor of Registrar MRSSTU, Bathinda
payable at Bathinda and self attested photocopies of all the required documents to:

8. Last date for receipt of hard copy of application form by speed post, Regd. Post or by
hand is 15 April 2016 by 5:00 pm sharp.
9. Any wrong information shall straightway lead to disqualification.
10. No correspondence will be entertained from candidates regarding postal delays, conduct
& result of interview and reasons for not being called for interview.
