I don't know if it can be cleaned up. What the fuck was Cormier
thinking?
I told Dr. Tator (Cherry's friend LOL) that he's mistaking a mistake
trying to change the culture at the top. I know why he wants to do that,
because it's the old trickle down theory, that is the kids look to the
NHL as role models and if they're going to play a certain way, kids will
follow.
But my attitude is the NHL is the NHL and the danger/risk factors should
be different than at any other level. For me, it's less about changing
the way the NHL is and more about working from the bottom up. All the
focus and energy needs to be done at minor hockey, junior hockey, at all
amateur levels of the game.
Not saying we ignore everything else, but I say the effort should be
focused from the bottom up and not the to[ ciGwn.
IN any case, it's all reall~ qui~e~sickening. So discouraging that it
happens as often as it does a~d
it ""oiS'7\_ 'tw some;. fX1::"~nt, what the game has
become. I am not even outrage '_.any mo ne
t /di~ouraged.

Ok ... guess we are going to have to take the lead here and attempt, as
difficult as it is, to clean all this up.
