Describe this peer's greatest strengths / contributions to the project:

Stormy has demonstrated an immense amount of growth in her ability to facilitate compared to last semester. Stormy demonstrated strong leadership skills,
and clear communication skills (with students) when facilitating. I was very impressed with her improvement. Stormy also was very dependable with this project.
There were a few teachers that wanted to be added in at the last minute, which is difficult to schedule. However, Stormy was always more than willing to
squeeze in more classes even if it meant to move around her own schedule. I would gladly work with Stormy again on any project.

Describe how this peer could have made a stronger contribution to the project:
When faced with novel issues (Classroom management, or odd student responses to questions), sometimes Stormy would lose her confidence when facilitating.
However, it was not very noticeable and she always recovered well. This skill comes with more experience and time.
