Dr. Linthorne, please accept this letter of referral concerning the aforementioned client.
Mr. Predusca has been living at TheraCommune for a period of four months. I have
attached a signed Consent Form to release information.
Mr. Predusca began his treatment at our facility four months ago, as his unwillingness to
understand others as well as his aggressive behaviour towards his classmates at school
became an increasing worry to his parents. Mr. Predusca has revealed to me in group
therapy sessions that he is still harbouring anger towards others, specifically those in
the community that listen to country music. This, combined with his plan to hijack a
community transportation vehicle and play heavy metal until riders ears bleed, are what
has prompted me to seek out your services.
Mr. Predusca has done some work one on one with me as we try to work through the
source of his hatred for country music and those who listen to it. Over this period of four
months, we have discussed numerous aspects of his childhood and early adolescence,
and I can find no logical explanation for his behaviour.
It is on this note that I request a full psychiatric evaluation to determine the source of Mr.
Preduscas agitation and delusions. This will assist me in providing the best treatment
plan for him in the coming months.
