Matters Arising:
1. Welcome & Introductions
The Chairperson welcomed and thanked all for coming to the AGM. She extended thanks to the residents,
volunteers and committee members for all their assistance and hard work during the year at clean ups,
meetings etc. The Chair thanked Damien Brennan and Thos O' Keeffe for the care and attention to detail
with cutting the grass through 2015.
2. 2014 Achievements
400 Prize Money - 2nd Prize in large estate category of KKCoCo Tidiest Estate Competition Second
year winning this prize.

An Taisce National Spring Clean - Two official estate clean ups
Kilkenny County Council (KKCoCo)
1. Tree Giveaway - Trees received and planted. Thanks to everyone who assisted with the planting.
2. Street Identification Signage - Mr. Kieran Fitzgerald, Senior Engineer retired before this was
finalised. Contact now to be made with new Senior Engineer.
3. Road Sweeper - KKCoCo Swept estate during the year.
4. Storm Drains Letter of intent received from KKCoCo that storm drains shall be cleaned.

Maintenance & Community Text Fee - 121 out of 217 Houses paid the 30 Maintenance Fee. This
amounted to 3625. The Committee sincerely thanked everyone that contributed.

3. 2016 Year Ahead (all pending formation of new committee)

Grass Cutting & Hedge Maintenance Tender Tenders Received & 2016 Contract Agreed
Estate Clean-up and Maintenance Tuesday 26th April in conjunction with National Spring Cleaning
Month. A Clothing collection is also scheduled for the same date.

 Maintenance & Community Text Fee - 30 Fee shall not change. Collection to start after Easter with
deadline the end of May

Unfortunately no one present at meeting was in a position to become part of the new committee.
It was proposed and agreed that an Emergency General Meeting be held on the 7th of April 2016.

Dog Fouling A discussion was had in relation to the ongoing problem of dog fouling.
Insurance Query brought up, now that estate is under KKCoCo do we still need insurance? To be
looked into by new committee.
