Write a paragraph on each of the following: 1. What did you learn about lifelong wellness from taking this General Education class? I think the Biggest thing I learned is that weights have a huge affect on shaping my Body, i only lost about 5 pounds of weight but ultimatly look thinner in my arms and face from the weight lifting.

3. What is your intention to continue to practice what you have learned in
your life and why? I use to only do Cardio but after this class I will be lifting weights a lot more. By exercising it has also curbed my appitite and i have learned mor self control because after such a hard workout the last thing I want to do is reach for the icecream..
4. General ideas for improving this course?
I think it was nice to have a subsitute come in once in awile because they exercise a different way and it was nice to see a different perspective on one persons ideas of exercise to another persons way of exercising. I think they should focus at least 10 min at the beginning and the end of class to stretch, it didn't seem like there was enough emphasis on stretching.
