Staff present, MLA, JRO, GFI, SCR
Topics/notes:
1. Observation of classes recording for PTCs/Inquiry
2. Junior classes winter period
3. Senior moderation

MLA thinks having a template for class observation will help us

with or own teaching inquiry and practice.
JRO - Important areas to consider when observing, Class control.
GFI Balance of positive and things to work on, MLA Feed
forward elements important so you know what to work on and
linking to PTCs.
MLA will put together a template and get feedback before going
ahead.
SCR looking forward to team teaching and obs as the first year
teacher in the dept.
Junior class outline given out and discussion on whether or not to
take Badminton out of program in 2015-2016.
AFL discussed and all agree to keep in program
MLA request for more senior cross marking and moderation
planning schedule.
All agree and GFI/JRO schedule times for year 11 in 2015.
MLA thanks team for the hard work and positivity in the dept
