Joining as a SPE Staff contribute to my experiences and career

I choose event division as my first division and media division as my second division in order to
gain further expertise for my organizational experience. I have some organizational experiences before as
a president capoeira extracurricular Korpri SHS, secretary division sport and art division Korpri SHS, and
the other extra activities (e.g : moviemaker, relegion section) in Diponegoro University as staff. when i
was in that position whom i learn many things to creating, organizing, planning some event. Now, I
thought that I would like to devote my experience more in event divison or media division. I am strongly
convinced that the more I expertise my soft skill in an organization would help me achieve my future
career goal which is working in the Oil and Gas Company.
We all know that the competition to get a job in Oil and Gas Company is so tight, only the
qualified people could handle the pressure later on. Making new friends and maintaining relationship with
others are also needed to create a strong bonding which could bring us to another level of information.
Because of these reason, I really think that I should join SPE as an Event Division Staff. What I know
about Event Division is the team that responsible to planning and organizing some or many event handily.
With my recent organizational experiences and the strengths which I have to communicate to organize the
others, I am optimized that I could develop with this team. Well, next to my second choise is media
design. The media design make something (such as magazine, booklet, poster) which it use to promote
SPE as oil and gas organization in the world.
My expectations of being a staff of SPE are becoming mastered in controlling myself (personal
management), communicate and solving problems with others as teamwork, and having a broader
network among professionals engineer. Being a staff of SPE represents an essential stage of my lifetime
experience which complements well my previous experience and work, but it also opens a lot of new
doors and provides opportunities for me to develop professionally and personally to achieve my career
goals.
